Gordon Low

Founder and Managing Partner

Gordon has more than 12 years of working experiences in the business, finance and economics sectors, covering business strategy, corporate planning, equity financing, due diligence, compliance and economic research.
He was the Chief Administrative Officer with MyStartr. During his tenure, he:
  • Contributed to the founding of MyStartr equity crowdfunding segment to become fastest growing equity crowdfunding operator in the market and achieved second largest in term of marking shares with 3-years accumulated (2020 – 2023) total fundraised of RM130mil. 
  • Completed 60+ due diligence cases for equity crowdfunding campaign onboarding process.  
  • Led MyStartr own’s fundraising exercise in preparing the information memorandum which included drafting business profile, strategy, financial projection, valuation and term sheet.
Gordon holds a Master Degree in Philosophy (Economics), Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman.

Lim Yee Chien

Senior Partner and Advisor

Yee Chien is a high-performing Corporate Development Project Manager / Coordinator with more than 10 years of experience in financial and accounting sector.

She has deep experience leading cross-functional teams, project management and know-how in merger and acquisition. She led negotiations and closure of successful deals such as Celcom Digi merger. She is also an expert on implications on investment and strategy, financial modelling, financial analyst, due diligence, transaction structuring and negotiation.

Yee Chien holds a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) and ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants).

Lee Soon Thye

Senior Partner and Advisor

Lee Soon Thye is a seasoned professional with 10 years of experiences in economic research and a strong grasp of global and domestic economic developments, business policies and incentives.

He also experienced in project management and process improvement that streamline operations and drive efficiency.

Soon Thye holds a Master Degree in Economics from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM).
